What is Family Sharing?
FITIV Family Subscription allows you to share your FITIV Pro access with up to 5 other people. All members must be part of the same Apple Family Sharing group to access the subscription.
Each family member gets their own FITIV account, so all data stays private and personalized.
How do I set up Apple Family Sharing?
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Tap on your name or Apple ID at the top of the page.
- Select "Family Sharing" from the options.
- Tap on "Set Up Your Family."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to invite family members to join the group.
- they will be added to your family group once they accept the invitation.
- You can now share purchases, subscriptions, and Apple services with your family.
How do I switch to a FITIV Family Subscription?
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device associated with your current FITIV subscription.
- Tap on your name or Apple ID at the top of the page.
- Select Subscriptions from the options.
- Find and tap on FITIV Pulse.
- Select the option See all Plans > and tap on FITIV Pro Yearly Family to switch to a FITIV Family Subscription.
Why are my family members not seeing the subscription?
After purchasing a Family Subscription, please allow up to one hour for the subscription to appear in the accounts of invited family members. During this period, please make sure that all family members have accepted the invitation to join the family group.

When does my FITIV Family Subscription start if I already have Pro?
Your FITIV Family Subscription starts only after your current FITIV Pro subscription ends.
If you switch while your Pro plan is still active, the Family plan will not begin immediately. It will automatically start when your current billing period finishes.
Apple manages all subscription changes and billing. FITIV cannot start your Family subscription early or override Appleās timing.
How can I check when my Family plan will start?
You can check your renewal and changeover date directly in your iPhone settings:
Open Settings
Tap your name (Apple ID)
Tap Subscriptions
Select FITIV Pulse
This will show when your current plan ends and when your Family subscription begins.
Your Family plan will activate automatically. No extra steps are needed once your current subscription expires.
