Where do I find my account settings?
All account options are in one place inside the app.
Follow these steps:
Open FITIV Pulse
Tap the Profile tab
Tap Settings
Select Account
You will now see all your account details and options.
What can I manage in my account?
The Account section lets you control how you sign in and manage your data.
You can:
Check or change your email
Update your password
View your sign-in method
Link login options
Check account status
Log out or delete your account
How do I change my email?
You can update your email if you want to use a new one.
Steps:
Go to Profile > Settings > Account
Tap your email
Enter your new email
Confirm the change
Warning: If your email is incorrect, you may not be able to recover your account.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password anytime for better security.
Steps:
Go to Profile > Settings > Account
Tap Change Password
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Save your changes
Do I need a password if I use Apple or Google?
No. If you signed in with Apple or Google, your login is handled by them. You do not need to manage a password in FITIV.

Can I log out or delete my account?

Delete Account: Permanently removes your account and data
