1. For Those Who Skipped Logging In:
If you skipped logging in initially, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Open FITIV Pulse and go to the Profile tab and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner Account.
- Tap Log Out and follow the prompts to reach the login screen.
- Input your email address and tap Reset Password.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email and follow the instructions.
2. For Logged-In Users Looking to Change Password:
For users already logged in and wishing to change their password:
- Open the app and navigate to the Profile tab and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner Account.
- Tap Change Password and follow the prompts to set a new password.
3. New Onboarding or App Reinstallation:
If you're starting fresh with the app or have reinstalled it on a new device:
- Input your email address when prompted to log in.
- Tap Reset Password.
- Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.
4. Sign In With Apple Users:
Users who have chosen to Sign In With Apple don't have a traditional FITIV Pulse password. Your AppleID handles the login process. Manage these settings through your iPhone's settings menu.
