Why are my calories showing as 0?
FITIV needs permission to read calorie data from Apple Health.
If these permissions are not enabled, your burned calories will appear as 0 during workouts.
How do I enable calorie permissions?
Follow these steps on your iPhone:
Open the Apple Health app
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Apps
Select FITIV Pulse
Enable all read/write permissions:
Active Energy (Calories)
Resting Energy (Calories)
What should I do after enabling permissions?
After enabling permissions, allow time for the settings to sync to your Apple Watch.
If your calories still show as 0:
Restart your Apple Watch
Restart your iPhone if needed
This usually resolves the issue.
