What do I see on the main screen?
The main screen shows your favourite and recent workouts.
This is where you quickly start tracking.
You will see:
Favourite workouts like Walking or custom sessions and strength training routines
Labels like Outdoor or GPS
Easy tap to start a workout
Success: Tap a workout to start instantly without going through menus.
What does the left menu icon do?
The left icon opens the main menu where you can access all core features.
From this menu, you can:
Workout to start a new session
History to view recent workouts
Settings to adjust app options
What can I see in History?
History shows your recent workouts.
Each entry includes:
Workout type
Duration
Calories burned
Date and time
Info: Use this to quickly review your progress without opening your phone.
What can I change in Settings?
Settings lets you control how the app behaves during workouts.
You can manage:
Voice Coaching (PRO)
Heart Rate Zone Haptics
App version and status

What does the right calendar icon do?
The calendar icon opens your Today screen.
This is where you see your daily health and performance data.
