Having trouble accessing your FITIV Pulse subscription or billing info? Whether you’re missing features after purchase or unsure how to manage your plan, this guide walks you through every fix you need—fast.
1. Did You Already Subscribe? Try Restoring Purchases
If you paid for FITIV but don’t see Pro features:
Open FITIV Pulse
Tap More > Membership > Restore Purchases
Success Tip: This will re-sync your account with Apple or Google to unlock premium access.
2. Are You Logged Into the Right Account?
Your subscription is tied to your FITIV account.
Go to Settings > Account
Confirm you're logged in with the same email used during purchase
Alert Tip: If you’re not logged in, subscription features won’t activate—even after payment.
3. Family Subscription Not Showing?
FITIV supports family sharing, but:
It may take up to 1 hour to activate for other members.
Make sure family members are logged in with their own accounts.
Info Tip: Each person must use their own FITIV login—subscriptions don’t auto-share across Apple IDs or Google accounts.
4. How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
On iPhone:
Open the Settings app
Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions
Choose FITIV Pulse
Modify or cancel your plan
On Android:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap the profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Select FITIV Pulse
Change or cancel your subscription
Info Tip: Subscription changes (including cancellation) must be done through Apple or Google. FITIV cannot process refunds directly.
