Your Recovery Score reflects how well your body has recovered overnight from the previous day’s activities, stressors, or illness. It is calculated as soon as you wake up and is measured on a scale from 0 to 100.
Levels
Excellent Recovery (>= 67%): Your body is well-recovered and ready for peak performance. High-intensity workouts, demanding tasks, and challenging goals are within your reach today. Use this period to push your limits and maximize results.
Normal Recovery (34-66%): You’re in a stable recovery state, maintaining adequate health and recovery. You can engage in moderate to high-intensity activities while being mindful of signs of fatigue or overexertion.
Low Recovery (<33%): Your body is still recovering from strain, stress, illness or recent exertion. Prioritize light activity, active recovery, or rest to give your body the time it needs to rebuild and avoid overtraining or illness.
