Problem Overview: Why aren’t my Activity rings updating?
Apple uses data source priority to decide which app updates your Activity rings.
If FITIV Pulse is not set as a top data source, your workouts may:
Appear in Apple Health
But not count toward Activity rings
Solution: Set FITIV Pulse as Primary Data Source
Step 1: Update Workout Data Source
Open the Health app on your iPhone
Tap Browse
Tap Activity
Tap Workouts
Tap Data Sources & Access
Tap Edit
Drag FITIV Pulse to the top
Tap Done
Step 2: Update Active Energy Data Source
Open Health app
Tap Activity
Tap Active Energy
Tap Data Sources & Access
Tap Edit
Drag FITIV Pulse to the top
Tap Done
