Your Sleep Score measures how well you meet your personalized sleep needs each night. It is calculated as soon as you wake up and is measured on a scale from 0 to 100.
Levels
Excellent (> 85%): You met or exceeded your sleep needs. This indicates optimal recovery and readiness for the day ahead. Strive to achieve this level regularly to feel your best physically and mentally.
Normal (70 - 84%): You met your typical sleep needs, providing adequate recovery and rest. This level is sufficient for maintaining a healthy balance between activity and rest.
Low (< 70%): You met at least 70% of your sleep needs. While this is enough to get by, it may not be sufficient for peak performance or recovery. Prioritize more sleep to ensure you’re fully recharged.
