According to GDPR regulations, FITIV allows users to delete their account and all associated data from FITIV servers.
You are in control of your workout data. You can easily delete your account and all health and fitness data directly from the app on your device.
Follow these steps to delete your account:
- Open the FITIV Pulse App: Launch the FITIV Pulse app on your device. Ensure you are logged in with the account you wish to delete.
- Go to the Profile tab and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap “ACCOUNT”: Within the "MORE" section, you will find the "ACCOUNT" option. Tap on it to proceed.
- Select "DELETE ACCOUNT": In the "ACCOUNT" section, you will see the option to "DELETE ACCOUNT." Tap on it to initiate the account deletion process.
- Confirm the Deletion: FITIV Pulse will prompt you to confirm your decision to delete your account. This is an essential step to prevent accidental deletions.
- Account Deletion Complete: Once you confirm the deletion, your FITIV Pulse account will be deleted, and your data will be removed from the app.

Deleting a FITIV account is permanent, once the account is deleted your workout history can no longer be recovered.
