Personalizing Your Workout List
Rearranging Your Workouts
Your workout list can be rearranged for easier use; you can add additional workout types that are not included by default, delete unwanted workout types from your list, and rearrange workouts to prioritize the workout types you use the most. You can use the Edit option on the Workouts Types in the Home Tab of the FITIV Pulse app to get started.
Steps to rearrange your Workout list:
- Open the FITIV Pulse App on your device.
- Tap on the Today Tab.
- In the Start Workout section, select the Other option.
- Tap on the Customize option located at the top right corner of the screen.
- You can rearrange your Workouts by dragging them up or down using the (☰) icon.
- Once you have arranged your Workouts as desired, tap on Save located at the top right corner of the screen.
Steps to remove a Workout from the Workout list:
- Continuing with step 4.
- Choose the Workout you want to remove by tapping the red (-) icon and tapping on Remove.
- Once you have removed the workouts you don’t want to have in your list, tap on Save located at the top right corner of the screen.
Pro Tip: On your Workout list, the top two workouts are the one you will see on the Start Workout section on the Home Tab. We recommend choosing the Workouts that you use the most.

Adding Manually Tracked Workouts
This is how you can add manually tracked workouts or import workouts from Apple Health into your FITIV Pulse workout history.
- Open the FITIV Pulse app on your device.
- Navigate to the Workouts tab within the app.
- Tap on the Add button.
- Choose Manually Add to input the details of the workout you want to include in your list.
- You can fill in information such as the workout type, duration, distance, calories burned, and any other relevant details.
- Once you've added the necessary information, tap Save to add the workout to your list.
Importing Workouts from Apple Health
- Within the Workouts tab of FITIV Pulse, tap on the Add button.
- Select Add From Apple Health.
- You will see a list of workouts tracked by other devices or apps that have been synced to your Apple Health.

Select the specific workout you want to import tap on it. This action will add the workout to your FITIV Pulse workout history. To confirm you workout was successful imported from Apple Health a check icon (✓) must be added next to it.
Creating a Custom Workout with the Workout Builder feature
Though the app provides an extensive list of possible workout types, there are situations where you may want to add in workout types that are not included in the app by default, which is why the app provides the option to create additional custom workouts.
- Go to the Today tab of the FITIV Pulse app.
- Tap on the Edit button located under Workout Types section.
- The "Workout Builder" allows you to create your custom workout type:
- Add a name for your workout.
- Select the appropriate activity type from the available options.
- Optionally, you can set advanced settings like Voice Feedback and custom guided Intervals.
- Tap "Save" to add your custom workout type to the list.
