Where do I find the workout calendar?
The workout calendar is located inside your workout history.
To access it:
Open FITIV Pulse
Go to the History tab
Scroll down through your workouts
Tap the calendar icon
Note: The calendar is not shown at the top of the screen. You need to scroll to find it.
What does the workout calendar show?
The calendar gives you a monthly view of your training activity.
Each day may display:
A workout icon
A colored indicator showing intensity
This helps you quickly understand:
How often you train
How hard your workouts are
Your consistency over time
What do the icons and colors mean?
Each icon represents a workout completed on that day.
The icon reflects the type of workout
The colors represent your heart rate zone distribution during that workout. This shows how your effort was spread across different intensity zones.
How do I view workouts from a specific day?
You can tap any day on the calendar to see more details.
Steps:
Open the calendar
Tap a specific date
View all workouts completed on that day
This is the fastest way to review past sessions without scrolling.
