- App Requirements: FITIV Pulse Version 8.2.0 or higher and Shortcuts app installed on your iPhone.
How to add Up Your Workout Shortcut
- Download the Shortcut: Tap on the the following link to download the workout shortcut directly to your Shortcuts app.
- Install the Shortcut: Tap on '(+) Add Shortcut'.
How to use the Start a Workout Shortcut
- Simply tap the shortcut icon or widget.
- A new pop up will appear asking to Allow the shortcut to run actions from FITIV Pulse, Select Allow. (This pop up will only appear the first time you use it)
- A menu will pop up; select the type of standard workout you wish to start.
- Your workout begins automatically.
Alert Tip: This shortcut is designed for standard workouts only. It does not support custom workout.
Add your Shortcut to your Home Screen as an icon
- On the Shortcuts App, tap on the (…) icon on the top right corner of the new Shortcut.
- Tap on the 'Share' icon in the bottom menu.
- Select 'Add to Home Screen' to create an icon directly on your screen for easy access.
Add your Shortcut to your Home Screen as a widget
- Long-press a widget or an empty area on your home screen until the apps start to jiggle.
- Tap the "+" icon located in the upper-left corner.
- Scroll down to find the Shortcuts App and tap on it.
- Select the new Start a Workout shortcut, then tap "(+) Add Widget"
- Tap "Done" in the top right corner to finish setting up your widgets.
Adding to the Action Button for iPhone 15 Pro Users
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Custom Actions.
- Select ‘Action Button’ and choose the workout shortcut.
- Now, pressing the Action Button will trigger your workout shortcut directly.
