Workouts recorded on your Apple Watch should automatically sync to the FITIV iPhone app through Apple Health. If your workouts are not appearing in FITIV, the issue is usually caused by Apple Health permissions, delayed syncing, or missing workout data in Apple Health. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the problem.
Issue Overview: Why Are My Apple Watch Workouts Not Showing in FITIV?
FITIV reads workout data from Apple Health. If workouts are missing in FITIV, one of the following is usually the cause:
FITIV does not have permission to read Apple Health data
The workout did not sync to Apple Health
The FITIV app needs to refresh its connection with Apple Health
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Solution 1: Check Apple Health Permissions
FITIV must have permission to read and write workout data in Apple Health.
Steps:
Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Apps.
Select FITIV Pulse.
Make sure ALL permissions are enabled, especially:
Workouts
Active Energy
Heart Rate

Solution 2: Check if the Workout Appears in Apple Health
FITIV can only import workouts that exist in Apple Health.
Steps
Open the Health app.
Tap Browse.
Select Activity.
Tap Workouts.
If the workout appears here, FITIV should be able to import it.
If the workout is not listed, the issue may be related to Apple Watch syncing.
Solution 3: Force Close and Reopen FITIV
Sometimes the app needs to refresh its connection with Apple Health.
Steps
Close the FITIV app completely.
Reopen the FITIV app.
Check your Workouts list again.
This often triggers a new sync with Apple Health.
Solution 4: Manually Import the Workout from Apple Health
If the workout does not appear automatically, you can add it manually.
Steps
Open the FITIV app.
Go to Workouts.
Tap Add.
Select Add from Apple Health.
Choose the missing workout.
The workout will be added to your FITIV workout history.
