FITIV allows you to sync your workout data across multiple devices so your workouts are always available when you need them.
Because the iPad does not support Apple Health, your workouts cannot sync through Apple Health. Instead, they sync through FITIV’s cloud storage linked to your FITIV account.
How do I sync my workouts across devices?
Make sure you are logged into the same FITIV account on all devices.
To check your account:
Open FITIV
Tap More
Tap Profile
Confirm that your profile details match on both your iPhone and iPad.
Why are my workouts not syncing?
Your workouts sync using FITIV’s cloud, so both devices need an internet connection.
Make sure:
You are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data on both devices
You are logged into the same FITIV account
If one device is offline, your workouts may not sync until it reconnects to the internet.
