To see your health and workout data in FITIV, you must enable syncing with Apple Health. This guide shows how to turn on permissions so FITIV can read and display your data correctly.
Why do I need to enable Apple Health sync?
FITIV uses Apple Health as its main data source.
If syncing is not enabled, FITIV will not be able to read:
Heart rate data
Calories burned
Sleep and recovery data
Other health metrics
How do I enable permissions in Apple Health?
You need to allow FITIV to access your data in Apple Health.
Open the Health app on your iPhone
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Apps
Select FITIV Pulse
Enable all Read/Write permissions
This ensures FITIV can read and use your health data.
What should I do after enabling sync?
Once permissions are enabled:
Open FITIV again
Allow a few moments for data to sync
Check your dashboard or Today Tab
If data does not appear right away, try restarting the app.
