Troubleshooting: How Do I Stop the Repeated Apple Health Permissions Prompts When Starting a New Workout?

This issue can disrupt the smooth use of the FITIV Pulse app and affect workout tracking. This guide offers a temporary workaround while we collaborate with Apple to develop a more permanent solution.

Problem Overview: Every time I start a new workout using FITIV Pulse on my iPhone or Apple Watch, I'm interrupted by a prompt asking me to approve Apple Health Read/Write permissions.

Solution 1: Check your today view on Your Apple Watch App

  • Access FITIV Pulse app on Your Apple Watch.
  • Go to Today View: Tap on the "Today View" in the app's top right corner. This step is designed to trigger the Apple Health permissions prompt one last time.
  • Grant All Necessary Permissions: When the permissions window pops up, make sure to enable all permissions for FITIV Pulse. This is crucial for accurate workout tracking and app functionality.

Solution 2: Check Permissions Directly in Apple Health
